Meet Mark

Luxury developers and discerning homebuyers in search of the pinnacle of urban living consistently turn to Mark Tomandl, a veteran of the high-end real estate market in Seattle for over 20 years. With the heritage of an architect as a father and a homebuilder for a brother, Mark's profound connection to home design and construction naturally paved the way for him to explore the dynamic world of real estate.

Mark's journey led him to Seattle on a tennis scholarship to the University of Washington, where he swiftly rose to become the Huskies' No. 1 singles player, building on his reputation as the top junior player from the Czech Republic. Following his initial return to Europe, Mark discovered a newfound passion for real estate during a crucial time in his country's history. As the Czech Republic transitioned from Communism to a free-market economy, he gained invaluable experience assisting Colliers International in entering the commercial market in the 1990s. His focus later shifted to residential real estate when he relocated to Seattle in 2004, facilitating the sale of homes constructed by his brother.

Mark's background as a top athlete and tennis instructor has uniquely informed his approach to working with buyers and sellers. His ability to assess situations swiftly and make critical decisions sets him apart in Seattle's highly competitive real estate arena. Mark's unwavering positivity and goal-oriented outlook, combined with his mentorship skills, ensure he remains dedicated to the success of his clients. Furthermore, his family's business ventures have equipped him with the ability to discern well-designed homes and fair pricing. As a result, he has become a connoisseur of Seattle's neighborhoods, with a particular emphasis on the downtown condo market, where he currently resides.
